Keith's work represents a passion for his craft of designing and constructing beautiful projects for over 20 years. His work includes residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects designed and built to the highest standards.
Keith obtained his Associates of Architectural Design and Drafting degree from York Technical Institute in 1998, and he's been perfecting his craft ever since. His professional certifications include Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and Certified Lead Safety (EPA). Keith has participated in projects which have received industry awards from Maryland Improvement Contractors Association, National Association of Home Builders, and Chrysalis, which are a testament to his commitment to great work.
Keith's experience spans architectural design, space planning, construction documents, and project coordination. During his early career he designed various projects including custom homes, commercial spaces, restaurants, and parks. In 2001 he had the opportunity to work on large scale projects, including the Alabama Paper Products manufacturing plant. Over his career Keith has worked with architectural design firms, design build contractors, and provided independent design consulting work to several well-known builders and clients. Working with talented teams on a diverse portfolio of projects over the years has afforded Keith a wealth of industry expertise that he now brings to his own clients.
Keith founded Long Design Build in his home of Gaithersburg, MD. Outside of work, Keith and his wife enjoy spending time with their new baby boy, listening to good music, dancing, enjoying great food, and when possible, travelling to be inspired by new places.
